Common use of Pre-Solicitation Conference Clause in Contracts

Pre-Solicitation Conference. 7.1. A pre-solicitation conference will be held in the location, date, and time specified on the cover of this solicitation. The cover will also note if the pre-solicitation conference is Non-Mandatory or Mandatory. All questions and answers are considered informal.
