Common use of Pre-Solicitation Conference Clause in Contracts

Pre-Solicitation Conference. 7.1. A pre-solicitation conference will be held in the location, date, and time specified on the cover of this solicitation. The cover will also note if the pre-solicitation conference is Non-Mandatory or Mandatory. All questions and answers are considered informal. All prospective proposers are encouraged to obtain and review the solicitation documents prior to the pre-proposal so they may be prepared to discuss any questions or concerns they have concerning this project. All questions must be submitted formally in writing to the procurement staff noted on the first page of the solicitation document. A formal response will be provided in the form of an addendum (see “County Interpretation/Addendums” for additional information.) A site visit may follow the pre-proposal conference, if applicable.
