Common use of Preference Criteria Clause in Contracts

Preference Criteria. An adjunct who has satisfactorily taught at least five courses at a particular college over three consecutive academic years (consisting of fall and spring and/or summer semesters) at any time beginning five academic year prior to the Fall semester shall be eligible for preference for course assignment at that college as provided in Paragraph 4 below.
