Preference for Recycled Products. To the extent applicable, the Contractor agrees to comply with U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (U.S. EPA) “Comprehensive Procurement Guidelines for Products Containing Recovered Materials,” 40 CFR Part 247, implementing section 6002 of the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, as amended, 42 U.S.C. Section 6962, and otherwise provide a competitive preference for products and services that conserve natural resources and protect the environment and are energy efficient.
Preference for Recycled Products. The Recipient agrees to provide a competitive preference for those products and services that conserve natural resources, protect the environment, and are energy efficient by complying with and facilitating compliance with:
(1) Section 6002 of the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, as amended, 42 U.S.C. § 6962, and
(2) U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (U.S. EPA), “Comprehensive Procurement Guideline for Products Containing Recovered Materials,” 40 C.F.R. part 247,
Preference for Recycled Products. Accordingly, the Recipient agrees to provide a competitive preference for products and services that conserve natural resources, protect the environment, and are energy efficient, except to the extent that the Federal Government determines otherwise in writing.
Preference for Recycled Products. To the extent applicable, the GOVERNMENTAL BODY agrees to give preference to the purchase of recycled products for use in this Agreement pursuant to the various U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) guidelines, “Comprehensive Procurement Guidelines for Products Containing Recovered Materials,” 40 CFR Part 247, which implements section 6002 of the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, as amended, 42 U.S.C. § 6962.

To the extent applicable, the Indian Tribe agrees to comply with U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (U.S. EPA) regulations, “Comprehensive Procurement Guidelines for Products Containing Recovered Materials,” 40 C.F.R. Part 247, which implements section 6002 of the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, as amended, 42 U.S.C. § 6962, and with subsequent Federal regulations that may be promulgated. Accordingly, the Indian Tribe agrees to provide a competitive preference for products and services that conserve natural resources, protect the environment, and are energy efficient, except to the extent that the Federal Government determines otherwise in writing.
Preference for Recycled Products. To the extent practicable and economically feasible, the Contractor agrees to provide a competitive preference for recycled products to be used in the work pursuant to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Guidelines at 40 CFR Part 247-253, implementing Section 6002 of the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, as amended, 42 U.S.C. §6962. The Contractor should use both sides of paper sheets for copying and printing where practicable. Credit for sale of scrap materials will be the actual amount, without markup or fee.
Preference for Recycled Products. The Contractor agrees to comply with all the requirements of Section 6002 of the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), as amended (42 U.S.C. 6962), including but not limited to the regulatory provisions of 40 CFR Part 247, and Executive Order 12873, as they apply to the procurement of the items designated in Subpart B of 40 CFR Part 247, which are adopted by Port Authority for this procurement.
Preference for Recycled Products. To the extent practicable and economically feasible and to the extent that it does not reduce or impair the quality of the work, the Contractor agrees to use recycled products in the Project pursuant to U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (U.S. EPA) guidelines at 40 C.F.R. Parts 247-253, which implement section 6002 of the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, as amended, 42 U.S.C. § 6962.
Preference for Recycled Products. To the extent practicable and economically feasible, the Contractor will provide a competitive preference for products and services that conserve natural resources and protect the environment and are energy efficient. Examples of such products may include, but are not limited to, products described in the United States EPA Guidelines at 40 CFR Part 247, implementing section 6002 of the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, as amended, 42 USC § 6962.
Preference for Recycled Products. The Provider agrees to give preference to the purchase of recycled products for use in this Project pursuant to the various Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) guidelines contained to 40 C.F.R. Parts 247-254. The Provider agrees to obtain certifications on debarment and suspension from its third party contractors and sub-recipients and otherwise comply with Government regulations. The Provider recognizes that many Federal and State statutes imposing environmental, resource conservation, and energy requirements may apply to the Project. Accordingly, the Provider agrees to adhere to, and impose on its sub-recipients, any such Federal & State requirements, as the Government may now or in the future promulgate. The Provider expressly understands that this list does not constitute the Provider’s entire obligation to meet Federal requirements.
