Common use of Preferential Use Premises Clause in Contracts

Preferential Use Premises. The Authority hereby leases to the Airline, for the Term, as it may be extended or sooner terminated, Preferential Use Premises of approximately 6,889 total square feet, consisting of the following: A. Airline Ticketing Counter space of approximately 889 square feet, more particularly depicted on Exhibit A-3, Airline Ticketing Counters, dated October 2020, attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof; and B. Airside E Gate and Hold Room space of approximately 6,000 square feet, more particularly depicted on Exhibit X-0, Xxxxxxx Gate and Hold Room Space, dated October 2020, attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof.

Preferential Use Premises. The Authority hereby leases to the Airline, for the Term, as it may be extended or sooner terminated, Preferential Use Premises of approximately 6,889 9,943 total square feet, consisting of the following: A. Airline Ticketing Counter space of approximately 889 943 square feet, more particularly depicted on Exhibit A-3, Airline Ticketing Counters, dated October 2020, attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof; and B. Airside E A Gate and Hold Room space of approximately 6,000 9,000 square feet, more particularly depicted on Exhibit X-0, Xxxxxxx Gate and Hold Room Space, dated October 2020, attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof.

Preferential Use Premises. The Authority hereby leases to the Airline, for the Term, as it may be extended or sooner terminated, Preferential Use Premises of approximately 6,889 30,238 total square feet, consisting of the following: A. Airline Ticketing Counter space of approximately 889 3,238 square feet, more particularly depicted on Exhibit A-3A-5, Airline Ticketing Counters, dated October 2020, attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof; and; B. Airside E C Gate and Hold Room space of approximately 6,000 27,000 square feet, more particularly depicted on Exhibit X-0, Xxxxxxx Gate and Hold Room Space, dated October 2020, attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof.

The Authority hereby leases to the Airline, for the Term, as it may be extended or sooner terminated, Preferential Use Premises of approximately 6,889 total square feet, consisting of the following: A. Airside E Gate and Hold Room space of approximately 6,000 square feet, more particularly depicted on Exhibit X-0A-4, Xxxxxxx Airside Gate and Hold Room Space, dated October 2020, attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof.

Airline Ticketing Counter space of approximately 889 3,805 square feet, more particularly depicted on Exhibit A-3A-4, Airline Ticketing Counters, dated October 2020, attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof; and B. Airside E F Gate and Hold Room space of approximately 6,000 15,000 square feet, more particularly depicted on Exhibit X-0, Xxxxxxx Gate and Hold Room Space, dated October 2020, attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof.
