Pregnancy Leave and Parental Leave. a) Requests for leave of absence for reasons of pregnancy or parental will be granted in accordance with the Ontario Provincial legislation as outlined within the Employment Standards Act in effect at the time of the leave. The pregnancy leave is to be limited to a maximum twelve (12) month period for employees having one (1) or more years seniority.
