Common use of Pregnancy Related Illness Clause in Contracts

Pregnancy Related Illness. A teacher who suffers a pregnancy-related illness or disability shall be entitled to use paid sick leave during the period of illness or disability, and will be required to use pregnancy or parental leave or SEB benefits unless she so elects.
