Common use of Pregnant Employee Clause in Contracts

Pregnant Employee. A pregnant employee, who is not already on parental leave, shall have access to sick leave for periods of incapacity caused by her pregnancy. The University may require proof of such incapacity. As in above, all costs pertaining to the proof of illness shall be borne by the University.
