Preliminary Proceeding Relating to Dismissal - Informal. Meeting(s) Before any official dismissal action is taken by the campus vice chancellor/president or District Chancellor against a faculty member holding a faculty appointment, the faculty member shall receive from him or her (1) oral or written notice of the charges, (2) an explanation of the evidence supporting the charges, and (3) an opportunity either in person or in writing (or both) to present reasons why the proposed action should not be taken. The faculty member shall have the right to be accompanied by an SCCFT representative at any meeting held.

  • Notice of Legal Actions The Contractor must notify the Department of any legal actions filed against it for a violation of any laws, rules, codes, ordinances or licensing requirements within 30 days of the action being filed.
