Preliminary Traction Power Substation Modeling and Recommendations.  Traction Power system will include traction power substations and power distribution to the Overhead Contact System. The work will include determination of the size and equipment required, and locations of traction power substations (TPSS) and charging stations (if used) along the mainline and TPSS in the Yard.  Develop traction power load flow simulation in order to recommend the number and location of substations. The work will include: - Consideration of the off-wire operation section evaluated in load flow analysis - Assessment of potential TPSS locations along the alignment - Coordination with Geotech for soil resistivity testing - Load Flow Study Report - Single line diagram - Recommended TPSS sites  Prepare a technical memorandum detailing the recommended TPSS requirements for the project included the size, number and recommended location for each substation.  Prepare cost estimates for the TPSS equipment including obtaining electrical service and duct banks for feeds/return conduits.

Payment shall be considered due on such volume as if the logs were removed on the date of said notification. In the event PURCHASER disagrees with the findings made by STATE under this section, PURCHASER may furnish scaling by a third-party scaling organization acceptable to STATE. Costs and expenses of such third party shall be paid for by PURCHASER, and the findings of the third party shall be final.

  • Vendor Encouraging Members to bypass TIPS agreement Encouraging entities to purchase directly from the Vendor or through another agreement, when the Member has requested using the TIPS cooperative Agreement or price, and thereby bypassing the TIPS Agreement is a violation of the terms and conditions of this Agreement and will result in removal of the Vendor from the TIPS Program.
