Single Line Diagram Clause Samples
The Single Line Diagram clause requires the provision or use of a simplified electrical schematic that represents the main components and connections within an electrical system. This diagram typically shows the arrangement of circuit breakers, transformers, and other major equipment using single lines and standardized symbols, making it easier to understand the overall system layout. Its core practical function is to ensure clear communication and coordination among project stakeholders by providing a straightforward visual reference, thereby reducing the risk of errors or misunderstandings during design, installation, or maintenance.
Single Line Diagram. Single Line Diagram shall be prepared by parties for each connection point detailing all equipment at the connection point. Single Line Diagram shall clearly indicate the schematic representation of the all HV/EHV apparatus and the connections to all external circuits at the connection point. The Single Line Diagram shall incorporate standard numbering nomenclature and labeling of the TSTRANSCO/ TS DISCOM. Single Line Diagram shall be furnished for each connection point by to the State Load Despatch Centre. In the event of a proposal to change any equipment, the concerned parties shall intimate the necessary changes required to STU/DISCOM and all other Users. Single Line Diagram shall be updated appropriately by the concerned parties and a copy of the same shall be provided to the State Load Despatch Centre.
