Premera Choice Plan. Beginning with plan year commencing January 1, 2019, employees will have the option to enroll themselves and dependents in the Premera Choice plan. The employee monthly premium contributions for the Choice plan will follow the premium sharing formulas as outlined in Section 27.4 above.
