Premieres. Employee and his spouse shall be invited to all major celebrity premieres of the Picture (if any) in the United States which he directs and shall be entitled to payment of first class transportation and expenses. Employee shall have the right to utilize each Production for one non-exclusive charity premiere of Employee's choice.

Premieres. MVL shall, at MRI's request and at MRI’s cost unless paid for by the Studio Distributor, arrange for a screening of each Picture in Los Angeles and/or New York City for MRI and its customers and licensees with respect to each Picture. In connection with each celebrity premiere, if any, of each Picture, MRI shall be allocated a reasonable number of tickets, taking into account the scope and location of such premieres, but in no event less than twenty-five (25) tickets in each instance. If MVL does not conduct a celebrity premiere of a Picture in New York, MVL shall conduct a charitable screening of the Picture in New York at MRI's request.
Premieres. Xxxxxxxxx and Xxxxxxx and one guest apiece shall be invited to the first United States premiere of any Production.
Premieres. Aloris will provide or cause applicable distributors to provide invitations to at least four (4) representatives of Investor to attend (a) all of the major U.S. celebrity premieres and/or release parties of the Picture.

  • Club Dues The Company shall pay or reimburse the Executive for the monthly membership dues actually incurred by the Executive for one fitness or country club membership maintained by the Executive; provided that the payable or reimbursable amount shall not exceed $700 per month or such additional amount as may be subsequently approved by the Board or a committee thereof. For the avoidance of doubt, except as specifically provided for above, the Company shall not pay or reimburse the Executive for any other expenses associated with such club membership (including, but not limited to, any initiation fees and personal expenditures at such club).

  • Country Club Membership Employer agrees to reimburse Executive for reasonable country club membership dues, in accordance with Employer’s policy.

  • Promotion and Marketing For the purpose of promotion and marketing, the Borrower hereby authorizes and consents to the reproduction, disclosure and use by the Lenders and the Agent of its name, identifying logo and the Facilities, provided that the amount of Facilities shall not be disclosed. The Borrower acknowledges and agrees that the Lenders shall be entitled to determine, in their sole discretion, whether to use such information; that no compensation will be payable by the Lenders or the Agent in connection therewith; and that the Lenders and the Agent shall have no liability whatsoever to it or any of its employees, officers, directors, affiliates or shareholders in obtaining and using such information as contemplated herein.

  • Entertainment Costs of entertainment, including amusement, diversion, and social activities, and any costs directly associated with such activities (such as tickets to shows or sports events, meals, lodging, rentals, transportation, and gratuities) are unallowable.

  • Joint Marketing After receiving Xxxxxxxx’s advance written approval, which will not be unreasonably withheld, SHIFT4 may list and announce Merchant as a user of SHIFT4’s service, but will make public announcements of Merchant’s use or describe Xxxxxxxx’s use of service only for marketing purposes.

  • Condominiums/Planned Unit Developments If the Mortgaged Property is a condominium unit or a planned unit development (other than a de minimis planned unit development) such condominium or planned unit development project such Mortgage Loan was originated in accordance with, and the Mortgaged Property meets the guidelines set forth in the Originator's Underwriting Guidelines;

  • Club Memberships The Corporation shall provide payment of annual dues and monthly business development expenses for the Executive in connection with a club membership in the market area. Any other contributions (assessments) associated with the club membership are the sole responsibility of the Executive and are to be paid by the Executive.

  • Cornerstone shall notify the LLC and confirm such advice in writing (i) when the filing of any post-effective amendment to the Registration Statement or supplement to the Prospectus is required, when the same is filed and, in the case of the Registration Statement and any post-effective amendment, when the same becomes effective, (ii) of any request by the Securities and Exchange Commission for any amendment of or supplement to the Registration Statement or the Prospectus or for additional information and (iii) of the entry of any stop order suspending the effectiveness of the Registration Statement or the initiation or threatening of any proceedings for that purpose, and, if such stop order shall be entered, Cornerstone shall use its best efforts promptly to obtain the lifting thereof.

  • Promotions The anniversary date of a promoted employee is determined as for a new employee in Subsection 5.3.A above.

  • Memberships The Company will reimburse the Employee for one professional membership which has a business related purpose and is approved by the Company.
