PREMIUM AND ADJUSTMENT OF PREMIUMS. Upon the expiry of this Policy the Insured agrees that it will report to the Insurer within thirty (30) days the final cost of the project works (the Insured Project) completed during the Policy Period. Upon receipt of such Project Cost the Insurer will adjust the deposit premium by multiplying the Project Cost by the adjustme nt rate shown in the Declarations. The premium so calculated will be the earned premium. Should the earned premium be greater than the deposit premium the Insured will promptly pay the Insurer the difference or if the earned premium is less than the deposit premium such difference will be refunded to the Insured, subject to retention by the Insurer of the minimum premium stipulated in the Declarations

PREMIUM AND ADJUSTMENT OF PREMIUMS. (a) Unless indicated as "Flat rate premium", the premium stated in the Declarations for this Form is an estimated deposit premium only. Adjustment of premium shall be made at least annually and for this purpose the premium basis and rates shown in the Declarations for this form as "Basis of premium adjustment" shall be used in ascertaining the earned premium. (b) In the case of any hazards existing and covered under coverage rider(s) attached but not specified in the Declarations, or in any endorsement, the earned premium shall be computed in accordance with the Insurer's rules, rates, rating plans and minimum premiums applicable to such hazards. (c) Subject to the retention by the Insurer of the amount stated in the Declarations for this form as "Minimum annual premium", if the earned premium for this Policy thus computed exceeds the estimated deposit premium paid, the Insured shall pay such excess to the Insurer; on the other hand, if the estimated deposit premium exceeds the earned premium, the Insurer shall return to the Named Insured such excess. (d) The Named Insured shall maintain for each hazard insured against, a record of the information necessary for premium computation on the basis stated and shall submit such record to the Insurer at the end of the Policy Period and at such other times during the Policy Period as the Insurer may direct.
PREMIUM AND ADJUSTMENT OF PREMIUMS. Unless otherwise stated, the premium stated in the declarations is an estimated deposit premium only. Adjustment of premium shall be made at least annually and for this purpose the premium bases and rates shown in the declarations or in any endorsement attached hereto, shall be used in ascertaining the earned premium with respect to the specific hazards mentioned herein.

  • Payment of Premiums Each Borrower shall punctually pay all premiums or other sums payable in respect of the obligatory insurances effected by it and produce all relevant receipts when so required by the Security Trustee.

  • PREMIUM ADJUSTMENT If THE COMPANY overpays a reinsurance premium and THE REINSURER accepts the overpayment, THE REINSURER’s acceptance will not constitute or create a reinsurance liability or increase in any existing reinsurance liability. Instead, THE REINSURER will be liable to THE COMPANY for a credit in the amount of the overpayment. If a reinsured policy terminates, THE REINSURER will refund the excess reinsurance premium. To the extent that a Mortgage does not provide for Escrow Payments, the Seller shall determine that any such payments are made by the Mortgagor. The Seller assumes full responsibility for the timely payment of all such bills and shall effect timely payments of all such bills irrespective of each Mortgagor’s faithful performance in the payment of same or the making of the Escrow Payments and shall make Servicing Advances to effect such payments, subject to its ability to recover such Servicing Advances pursuant to Subsections 11.05(c), 11.05(d) and 11.07(b). No costs incurred by the Seller or subservicers in effecting the payment of ground rents, taxes, assessments and other charges on the Mortgaged Properties or mortgage or hazard insurance premiums shall, for the purpose of calculating remittances to the Purchaser, be added to the amount owing under the related Mortgage Loans, notwithstanding that the terms of such Mortgage Loans so permit.

  • Payment of Reinsurance Premiums For automatic and facultative reinsurance, following the close of each calendar month, the Ceding Company will send the Reinsurer a statement and a listing of new business, changes and terminations. If a net reinsurance premium balance is payable to the Reinsurer, the Ceding Company will forward this balance within (60) sixty days after the close of each month. If a net reinsurance premium balance is payable to the Ceding Company, the balance due will be subtracted from the reinsurance premium payable by Ceding Company for the current month. The Reinsurer shall pay any remaining balance due the Ceding Company sixty days after the Ceding Company submits the statement.
