An increased Fore- man’s Premium of two percent (2%) for a total of ten percent (10%) will be provided for: (A) Individuals who successfully complete a jointly agreed upon Xxxxxxx’x Training Curriculum and, satisfacto- rily complete eight (8) hours of Supervisory Training annually.
