Premium Payment on Shift Cancellation. When the employer fails to provide a full time employee a cancellation notice no less than twenty four (24) hours prior to the commencement of the shift or a part time employee twelve (12) hours prior to the commencement of the shift, a premium payment equal to one and a half (1½) times the employees regular rate of pay will be paid on their next scheduled shift.
