It is understood that this provision shall be interpreted in a manner consistent with the provisions of the Ontario Rights Code. An employee whose status is changed by the Employer from full- time to regular part-time or casual part-time shall receive credit for his full seniority. An employee whose status is'changed by the Employer from regular part-time or casual part-time to full-time shall receive credit for seniority on the basis of one (1) year of seniority for each hours worked..
