Premium Tickets. If, as expressly set forth on the Form, Member purchases a license to use Seats in an area of the Stadium designated by Club as a premium area and/or providing access to a premium area within the Stadium (“Premium Tickets”) and for which such Premium Tickets purchase includes a food and beverage credit (as specified on the Form), the following terms apply: For each Game during the Term, each of Member’s Premium Tickets shall be loaded with a credit in a predetermined dollar amount (as determined by Club in its sole discretion) to be used by Member or Member’s guest using the applicable Premium Ticket for food and beverage at participating concessions locations (designated by Club) in the Stadium. Any unused portion of the credit at the end of each Game shall expire and not carry forward to a subsequent Game and any unused portion of the credit at the end of the Season shall expire and not carry forward to a subsequent season or other event at the Stadium. For purposes of clarity, the credit may not be used to purchase merchandise in the Stadium. Use of Premium Tickets are subject to additional details and restrictions, all of which are expressly incorporated into this Agreement and subject to change from time to time during the Term, and are available at xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxxxx/xxxxx.

Premium Tickets. VisitCom shall exclusively provide to Location any Tickets that become available to it, but are not part of VisitCom's inventory, hereinafter "Premium Tickets" & Concerts to location. Any commission fees generated thusly shall be shared 75% VisitCom and 25% Location.

Premium Tickets. 7.3.1. NAMING RIGHTS PARTNER shall receive four (4) season tickets to all Home NBA Team Games at Arena, including pre-season, regular season and post-season. At the commencement of this Agreement, the season tickets to be provided to NAMING RIGHTS PARTNER shall be Courtside South, Row 7, Seats 13-16 (including access to the courtside lounge (currently called the Hyde Lounge) and two (2) blue parking passes or their subsequent equivalent). 7.3.2. Includes the right to upgrade to courtside season tickets as soon as available and at no cost to NAMING RIGHTS PARTNER if and when courtside tickets become available throughout the Term 7.3.3. For Events that are not Home NBA Team Games and for which Suite and premium seat holders receive tickets, NAMING RIGHTS PARTNER shall receive four (4) premium tickets in the lower bowl comparable to courtside location, subject to Event configuration (including access to the courtside lounge (currently called the Hyde Lounge) and two (2) blue parking passes or their subsequent equivalent).

  • Tickets Each Ticket represents a limited, revocable license to enter the Venue to attend the specific Event listed on the applicable Ticket. No person, except for attendees under the age of three, may enter the Venue without a Ticket, and re-entry is prohibited. Failure to comply with this Agreement shall result in forfeiture of this license and all rights arising hereunder without refund or credit and shall entitle KSE to pursue all legal remedies available.

  • Data Storage Where required by applicable law, Student Data shall be stored within the United States. Upon request of the LEA, Provider will provide a list of the locations where Student Data is stored.

  • Premium Taxes If premium taxes are incurred, they will be deducted from the contract accumulation, to the extent permitted by law.

  • Shift Rotation Routine shift rotation is not an approach to staffing endorsed by the Employer. Except for emergency situations where it may be necessary to provide safe patient care, shift rotation will not be utilized without mutual consent. If such an occasion should ever occur, volunteers will be sought first. If no one volunteers, the Employer will rotate shifts on an inverse seniority basis until the staff vacancies are filled.

  • Holiday Premium Pay A Nurse working on a recognized Holiday is entitled to the following compensation for any hours worked on the calendar date of the recognized Holiday: A. A Full-Time or Part-Time Nurse who is regularly scheduled to work on a recognized Holiday shall be paid at the rate of one and one-half times (1.5 x) the Nurse’s regular rate of pay; or B. A Nurse who works overtime (as defined in Article 7.07) on a recognized Holiday shall be paid at the rate of two times (2 x) the Nurse’s regular rate of pay for the overtime worked.
