Premium Tickets. If, as expressly set forth on the Form, Member purchases a license to use Seats in an area of the Stadium designated by Club as a premium area and/or providing access to a premium area within the Stadium (“Premium Tickets”) and for which such Premium Tickets include a food and beverage credit (as specified on the Form), then, for each Game during the Term, each of Member’s Premium Tickets shall be loaded with a credit in a predetermined dollar amount (as determined by Club in its sole discretion) to be used by Member or Member’s guest using the applicable Premium Ticket for food and beverage at participating concessions locations (designated by Club) in the Stadium. Any unused portion of the credit at the end of each Game shall expire and not carry forward to a subsequent Game and any unused portion of the credit at the end of the Season shall expire and not carry forward to a subsequent season or other event at the Stadium. For purposes of clarity, the credit may not be used to purchase merchandise in the Stadium. Use of Premium Tickets are subject to additional details and restrictions, all of which are expressly incorporated into this Agreement and subject to change from time to time during the Term, and are available at xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxxxx/xxxxx.

Premium Tickets. 7.3.1. NAMING RIGHTS PARTNER shall receive four (4) season tickets to all Home NBA Team Games at Arena, including pre-season, regular season and post-season. At the commencement of this Agreement, the season tickets to be provided to NAMING RIGHTS PARTNER shall be Courtside South, Row 7, Seats 13-16 (including access to the courtside lounge (currently called the Hyde Lounge) and two (2) blue parking passes or their subsequent equivalent).

Premium Tickets. VisitCom shall exclusively provide to Location any Tickets that become available to it, but are not part of VisitCom's inventory, hereinafter "Premium Tickets" & Concerts to location. Any commission fees generated thusly shall be shared 75% VisitCom and 25% Location.

  • PREMIUM TAX The Reinsurer will not reimburse the Ceding Company for premium taxes.

  • Premium Prices Whenever Material is not readily obtainable at published or listed prices because of national emergencies, strikes or other unusual causes over which the Operator has no control, the Operator may charge the Joint Account for the required Material at the Operator's actual cost incurred in providing such Material, in making it suitable for use, and in moving it to the Joint Property; provided notice in writing is furnished to Non-Operators of the proposed charge prior to billing Non-Operators for such Material. Each Non-Operator shall have the right, by so electing and notifying Operator within ten days after receiving notice from Operator, to furnish in kind all or part of his share of such Material suitable for use and acceptable to Operator.

  • PREMIUM ACCOUNTING The Company will pay the Reinsurer premiums in accordance with the terms specified in Exhibit C. The method and requirements for reporting and remitting premiums are outlined in Exhibit F. The Reinsurer reserves the right to charge interest on overdue premiums. The interest will be calculated according to the terms and conditions specified in Exhibit C.

  • PREMIUM PAYMENT METHOD The Bank shall pay an amount equal to the planned premiums and any other premium payments that might become necessary to keep the policy in force.

  • Flexible Spending Accounts Employees in the unit shall have access to the County’s flexible spending account program, which provides employees with the options of dependent care assistance benefits with a calendar year maximum of $5,000, and medical expense reimbursement benefits with a calendar year maximum of $2,400. The County shall maintain this plan in compliance with IRC §125. Employee premiums for flexible spending account benefits shall be deducted on a pre-tax basis from employee pay.

  • Car 7.1 You will be provided you with a car of suitable age, make, model and specification during the continuance of your employment in accordance with the policy laid down by the Company from time to time and the Company shall pay all standing and running costs relating to it (including the cost of fuel for private mileage) but not any taxable benefit arising. You shall comply with all rules laid down by the Company in relation to Company vehicles, notify the Company immediately of any accident involving your car and of any charge brought against you for a motoring offence and, unless otherwise agreed, shall return the car to your place of work forthwith on termination of your employment.
