Prepaid Accounts. The following requirements apply to prepaid accounts:
Prepaid Accounts. All amounts previously paid to Seller for prepaid contracts (whether maintenance, support or otherwise) shall be prorated as set forth on Schedule 1.1.9.
Prepaid Accounts. Seller shall retain all interest in all prepaid accounts existing as of the date of Closing.
Prepaid Accounts. Section 2.23 of the Company Disclosure Letter sets forth a true, correct and complete list of each prepaid customer account serviced by the Company. This list shall contain any customer who pays in advance more than one month.
Prepaid Accounts. ONE SOURCE COMMUNICATIONS may offer or require certain accounts to be prepaid. Service types subject to prepayment may include, but may not be limited to: Calling Card, Call Center, IVR, Customers Not Paying By Credit Card, or any other application as determined by ONE SOURCE COMMUNICATIONS. Prepayment is normally based one (1) month’s estimated usage, plus a setup fee. The prepayment shall be applied to your account and will be drawn down against usage, monthly recurring or non-recurring fees. You will be notified by ONE SOURCE COMMUNICATIONS when the only twenty percent (20%) of the prepayment amount remains on the account. At that time, you will be asked to replenish the prepayment amount so that Services may be continued. Failure to replenish the prepayment amount with ONE SOURCE COMMUNICATIONS before the prepayment funds are depleted will result in cessation of Services. Services may be continued when prepayment funds are received by ONE SOURCE COMMUNICATIONS.
Prepaid Accounts. (a) If you’ve chosen pre-payment, you must maintain your account in a credit balance in order to use the Services. No interest is paid on credit balances. Your account is credited when we receive payment from you. You should only pre-pay for Services you expect to use, as all pre-payments are non-refundable. Your credit balance will first be applied to your monthly plan charges, then to any other fixed monthly charges, then to any pay per use or variable charges. You acknowledge and agree that you are responsible at all times to keep a sufficient balance in your account to cover all services used.
Prepaid Accounts. All sums prepaid by customers of the P&C Agent Business, for services to be rendered subsequent to the Transition Date (the "Prepaid Accounts).
Prepaid Accounts. As of the Closing, Seller agrees that it will have terminated those accounts of prepaid customers of the Business to the extent related to the Business who have not used Seller's prepaid cellular service within the prior six months.

Prepaid Accounts. As of the Closing, AMCI and Seller agree that they will have terminated those accounts of prepaid customers of the Business to the extent relating to the Business who have not used AMCI's or Seller's prepaid cellular service within the prior six months.
