JetBrains IDE Services means the software product known as JetBrains IDE Services, which is offered as self-hosted software that includes the Core Admin Console, individual IDE Services, updates to JetBrains IDE Services, and incorporated Third-Party Software.

  • The Customer authorizes JetBrains to charge its Payment Card automatically at the inter- val and in the amount selected by the Customer based on the available options during the online check-out process or in its JetBrains IDE Services settings.

  • Unless JetBrains and the Customer agree that JetBrains IDE Services will be purchased in accordance with a prepaid Subscription model, the Customer agrees to pay, after the end of every Billing Period, Fees for each IDE Service it uses.

  • Upon termination or expiration of this Agreement, JetBrains will invoice the Customer for any use of JetBrains IDE Services that has not been paid as of the effective date of termination or expiration and the Customer will no longer have the right to use JetBrains IDE Services; however Sections 5.4 (Feedback), 7 (Payment Provisions), 8 (Taxes), 11 (Warranty), 12 (Indemnification), 13 (Liability), 17.6 (Effect of Termination), and 18 (Miscellaneous) shall continue in full force and effect.

  • If after the conclusion of this Agreement circumstances become known to JetBrains that give reason to assume a material deterioration in the financial situation of the Customer so that JetBrains’ payment claims appear jeopardized, JetBrains may demand at its choice either provision of security within a reasonable period or payment concurrent with the delivery of JetBrains IDE Services.

  • Subject to the Customer’s compliance with this Agreement and Spe- cial Terms, JetBrains grants the Customer and its Affiliates authorized by the Customer a non-exclusive, non- transferable, worldwide, royalty-free right to use JetBrains IDE Services in connection with JetBrains IDEs under the Customer’s JetBrains Account (or other products described in the Documentation).

  • From time to time, JetBrains may release a new IDE Service or an update of JetBrains IDE Services or remove or replace an existing IDE Service.

  • JetBrains reserves the right at any time to alter settings, features, specifications, capabil- ities, functionality, terms of use, release dates, list prices, general availability, and other characteristics of JetBrains IDE Services.

  • A list of Third-Party Software included in JetBrains IDE Services, if any, is available in its Documentation and/or at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/ legal/third-party-software.

  • JetBrains will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless, and defend the Customer from any losses, damages, third-party costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) suffered or incurred directly in connection with any action brought against the Customer alleging that the use of JetBrains IDE Services in compliance with this Agreement, infringes any copyright.

  • JetBrains’ Confidential Information shall include its source code, business and marketing plans, technology and technical information, plans and designs of JetBrains IDE Services, and business processes, even where these are not specifically designated as confidential.

  • Broadband Services means Verizon's Fios or DSL-based Internet services (whichever applies). Verizon's DSL-based Internet service is also known as "High Speed Internet" ("HSI").

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Storage Services means any Services which offer you storage capacity on the network for storage of content which you access from us.

  • Information Services means the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board’s Electronic Municipal Market Access System; or, such other services providing information with respect to called municipal obligations as the District may specify in writing to the Paying Agent or as the Paying Agent may select.

  • Homemaker services means the professionally directed or supervised simple household maintenance or management services provided by trained homemakers or individuals to families in their own homes.

  • Home health aide services means the personal care and maintenance activities provided to individuals for the purpose of promoting normal standards of health and hygiene.

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Beta Services means Xxxxxx services or functionality that may be made available to Customer to try at its option at no additional charge which is clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation, or by a similar description.

  • Respite services means a temporary period of relief and support for individuals and their families provided in a variety of settings. The intent is to provide a safe environment with staff assistance for individuals who lack an adequate support system to address current issues related to a disability. Respite may be provided for a defined period of time; respite is either planned or provided in response to a crisis.

  • Program services means services that include all of the following provided they are pursuant to a program agreement: program needs assessment and development, job task analysis, curriculum development and revision, instruction, instructional materials and supplies, computer software and upgrades, instructional support, administrative and student services, related school to career training programs, skill or career interest assessment services and testing and contracted services.

  • Support Services means support in relation to the use of, and the identification and resolution of errors in, the Hosted Services, but shall not include the provision of training services;

  • Processing Services means those services described herein or commonly performed under the management and direction of Bank by a Card Processor or Credit Processor which are necessary to manage a Program and process transactions in accordance with Applicable Law. Such services shall include but shall not be limited to: set-up and maintenance of a Program and Cards, transaction authorization, processing, clearing and Settlement, System access, Card Services, Credit Services, Cardholder dispute resolution, collections, System compliance, regulatory compliance, security and fraud control, and activity reporting.

  • Information technology services means services designed to do any of the following:

  • Transportation Services means travel assistance given to an individual

  • Network Services means the equipment, software, and services necessary to transmit voice, data, or video.

  • Operator Services provides for: 1.86.1. operator handling for call completion (e.g., collect calls); 1.86.2. operator or automated assistance for billing after the subscriber has dialed the called number (e.g., credit card calls); and 1.86.3. special services (e.g., BLV/BLI, Emergency Agency Call).

  • Education Services means training services performed or delivered by Company.
