ERP System definition

ERP System means Microsoft Dynamics 365, as utilized by the Sellers to, among other things, manage orders, production, inventory, shipping and financials.
ERP System means, for each Court, the system comprised of the ERP Software (i) that has been successfully Implemented; (ii) for which the components specified in the Statement of Work have been successfully deployed through the Deployment Services; (iii) that is capable of accurately processing live data; and (iv) for which the AOC Data Deliverables for such Court have been imported to make such data available for transaction processing.
ERP System has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.4(f).
