PREQUALIFICATION TEST. The outcome of the prequalification tests, in accordance with Art. II.8, determines the aFRRmax,up and/or the aFRRmax,down that can be offered by the BSP in the capacity auctions. The prequalification test is mandatory: • before first participation of the BSP to aFRR capacity auctions; • to increase the aFRRmax,up and/or the aFRRmax,down, in absolute value The aFRRmax,up and aFRRmax,down are determined by summing the results of all prequalification tests.
PREQUALIFICATION TEST. In order to validate all above modalities, the VSP and Xxxx must agree to execute a Prequalification Test. During this test, the VSP shall perform an activation of the Automatic and/or Manual Control Service Type (depending on which of the Service Types he is providing). In particular for the Automatic Control Service Type, he must, for the whole duration of the test, regulate his production or absorption of Reactive Power according to Grid Voltage according to requirements in Art. II.4. Moreover, during this same period, Xxxx will send one Setpoint as per Annex 8 to which the VSP must react accordingly. The test is considered succesfull if :

II.7, determines the maximal mFRR Power of each mFRR Capacity Product that can be offered in the capacity auctions, being:  mFRRmax,std for the mFRR Standard;  mFRRmax,flex for the mFRR Flex. mFRRmax,flex is equal or superior to mFRRmax,std as the entire volume of mFRR Standard can also be offered as mFRR Flex. The prequalification test is based on quarter-hour metering data in accordance with Annex 3. The prequalification test is mandatory:  before first participation of the BSP to capacity auctions;  to increase the mFRRmax,std and/or mFRRmax,flex;  to modify the Baseline of one Delivery Point DPPG. The pattern of the prequalification test is determined by the mFRR Capacity Product(s) that the BSP wishes to offer: mFRR Standard, mFRR Flex or both of them.

  • Drug Testing (A) The state and the PBA agree to drug testing of employees in accordance with section 112.0455, F.S., the Drug-Free Workplace Act.

  • DRUG/ALCOHOL TESTING Drug/alcohol testing shall be conducted solely for administrative purposes and the results obtained shall not be used in criminal proceedings. Under no circumstances may the results of drug/alcohol screening or testing be released to a third party for use in a criminal prosecution against the affected employee. The City conducts the following types of drug/alcohol testing to determine if employees are in compliance with this policy and associated rules of conduct: pre- employment, reasonable suspicion, and post-accident. In addition, employees are tested prior to returning to duty after a positive drug or alcohol test and subject to follow-up testing conducted during the course of a rehabilitation program recommended by a substance abuse professional. A Medical Review Officer (MRO) reviews test results and determines which tests are positive and which are negative. The City shall test for the following drugs: marijuana, amphetamines, opiates, phencyclidine (PCP), cocaine, barbiturates, benzodiazepines, methadone, methaqualone, and propoxyphene.. An initial drug screen is conducted on each specimen. For those specimens that are not negative, a confirmatory gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MS) test is performed. The test is considered positive if the amounts present are above the minimum thresholds established in 49 CFR Part 40. An alcohol concentration of .04 percent or greater is considered a positive alcohol test, and in violation of this policy. If a drug or alcohol test produces a positive result, the City may take such actions as authorized in Section 14.6 herein. Sick leave and/or other paid leave may be used while participating in a rehabilitation program. Otherwise, the employee will be placed on leave without pay until return to work following a negative alcohol/ drug test and authorization by the SAP.

  • Alcohol Testing Alcohol testing will be conducted by using an evidential breath-testing device (EBT) approved by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. A screening test will be conducted first. This initial screening may be accomplished using a saliva test kit. If the result is an alcohol concentration level of less than 0.02 percent, the test is considered a negative test. If the alcohol concentration level is 0.02 percent or more, a second confirmation test using the EBT will be conducted. The procedures that will be utilized by the lab for collection and testing of the specimen are attached hereto as Appendix A.
