Common use of Presence of Grievant Clause in Contracts

Presence of Grievant. If the employee elects to be represented, the grievant may still be present at any level of the grievance procedure where the grievance is to be discussed. The aggrieved need not be present where it is mutually agreed to that no facts are in dispute, and that the sole question is the interpretation of this Agreement.
