Preservation and Maintenance of Security. Owner will keep the Security in good repair and in a neat, clean, and orderly condition and will not commit waste or permit impairment or deterioration of the Security. If there arises a condition in contravention of this Section 6, and if the Owner has not cured such condition within thirty (30) days after receiving a City notice of such a condition, then in addition to any other rights available to the City, the City shall have the right (but not the obligation) to perform all acts necessary to cure such condition, and to establish or enforce a lien or other encumbrance against the Security to recover its cost of curing.

Borrower will keep the Security in good repair and in a neat, clean, and orderly condition and in accordance with all applicable laws, ordinances, orders and regulations of all federal, state, county , municipal, and other governmental agencies and bodies having or claiming jurisdiction and all their respective departments, bureaus, and officials, Owner will not commit waste or permit impairment or deterioration of the Home, and shall make all repairs and replacements necessary to keep the Home in good condition and repair . If there arises a condition in contravention of this section, and if the Borrower has not cured such condition within thirty (30) days after receiving a notice from the City of such a condition, then in addition to any other rights available to the City, the City shall have the right (but not the obligation) to perform all acts necessary to cure such condition, and to establish or enforce a lien or other encumbrance against the Security to recover its cost of curing. Failure by the Owner to maintain the Home shall constitute a default under the Resale Restriction Agreement for which the City may exercise the City Purchase Option Upon Default to purchase the Home pursuant to Section 17.
