Common use of Preservation of accrued leave Clause in Contracts

Preservation of accrued leave. An Affected Employee entitled to salary maintenance will have their long service leave, annual leave and personal leave accruals preserved before redeployment. Specifically, the value of the leave immediately prior to redeployment will not be reduced as a result of redeployment.
