Common use of President and CEO and Staff Clause in Contracts

President and CEO and Staff. The NC-XXXX President and CEO shall be the chief executive officer of NC-XXXX and be responsible for administering the work and budget of NC-XXXX, pursuant to the decisions of the Executive Committee and the full Council Board. The President and CEO shall be responsible for the records and accounts of NC-XXXX and shall hire and manage NC-XXXX staff. The President and CEO shall be nominated by the NC-XXXX Executive Committee and confirmed by a majority vote of all NC-XXXX members. The President and CEO shall attend all Executive Committee and general NC-XXXX meetings, but shall not vote on any matters.
