President/CEO. The President/CEO shall be the principal executive officer of the Company and shall, subject to Directors’ control, generally supervise and control the Company’s business and affairs. The President/CEO shall, when present, preside at all Directors’ and Member meetings, and shall perform all duties incident to the office of President/CEO and such other duties as may be prescribed by this Agreement or by the Directors.
