PRESIDENT’S RELEASE. 11. Upon leave being granted, the Board shall continue to pay the employee’s salary and to provide all benefits as specified in the agreement. The RTA shall reimburse the Board for one hundred per cent (100%) of such salary, benefits and statutory benefit costs upon receipt of a monthly statement. Such leave shall be counted for sick leave and seniority, and as experience for salary placement purposes.
