Right to Attend Meetings. Employees shall have the right to attend Union meetings during regular working days provided that they are able to meet their employment obligations as set out in this Agreement.

Right to Attend Meetings. Company and Bank shall allow a representative of Gold to attend as an observer all meetings of the Board of Directors of Company and Bank and all meetings of the committees of each such board, including, without limitation, the audit and executive committees thereof and any other meetings of Company or Bank officials at which policy is being made. Company and Bank shall give reasonable notice to Gold of any such meeting and, if known, the agenda for or business to be discussed at such meeting. Company and Bank shall provide to Gold all information provided to the directors on all such boards and committees in connection with all such meetings or otherwise provided to the directors and shall provide any other financial reports or other analyses prepared for senior management of Company or Bank.
Right to Attend Meetings. 10 Staff members attend Association conferences or meetings which are held at the staff 11 member's work site and during an involved staff member's: 12 A. duty-free lunch period; 13 B. recess (if the staff member is not responsible for student supervision); or 14 C. either of the thirty minute periods before and after school (if the staff member is 15 not responsible for specific student or patron contact). 16 Attendance at Association meetings or conferences during a staff member's planning 17 period should be restricted to those periods when the meeting cannot be reasonably 18 scheduled at another time. Association representatives who attend or have obligations 19 for such meetings or conferences have the responsibility for notifying the appropriate 20 administrator at least twelve hours in advance of the anticipated starting time that such 21 a meeting or conference is planned; if there is an emergency, the administrator will be 22 notified as soon as reasonably possible of the meeting or conference. Further, the 23 Association representative shall be responsible for scheduling the meeting with the 24 administrator and ascertaining whether the desired time, date, place and size of the 25 group can be accommodated. The Association agrees that such conferences or 26 meetings will not in any way hamper or obstruct the instructional program or the 27 delivery of services. The Association agrees not to hold conferences or meetings on 28 District property where the purpose is to organize or conduct a work stoppage or at 29 times other than those described above.

Right to Attend Meetings. When collective wage agreements are being negotiated, members of VR and LÍV who have been elected to the negotiating committees shall be permitted to attend their meetings during working hours. The same shall apply to representatives to the annual meetings of ASÍ/LÍV and representatives on joint committees of ASÍ/ LÍV and SA. Measures shall be taken to ensure that the absence of these employees from work will have the minimum disruptive effect on the operations of the companies in which they work, and each employee shall consult his supervisor concerning the absences with as much prior notice as possible. The general aim shall be that not more than 1–2 people from each company attend such meetings. Employers shall not be obliged to pay wages for the hours during which the employees are absent.

Right to Attend Meetings. (a) Pursuant to the Act, representatives of the Ministry or the Autoridade Nacional do Petróleo shall be entitled to attend, as observers, in any meetings of committees or groups established in connection with the Petroleum Operations of the Contractor under this Agreement. (b) At the the Ministry’s or Autoridade Nacional do Petróleos request, the Contractor shall arrange for the transportation of any of their representativesfrom their places of work to and from the places where the meetings are to be held, and shall also provide accommodation. The associated expenditure shall be borne by the Contractors and is not a Recoverable Cost.
