Prevent Infestation Sample Clauses
Prevent Infestation. Not keep any refuse or rubbish in the Property and regularly dispose of same in a suitable receptacle to maintain acceptable levels of hygiene and prevent outbreaks of any infestations of pests or disease. In the event of an infestation, to clean, arrange, or compensate the Landlord for the cleaning of the Property with de-infestation cleaner to a professional standard at the end of the Tenancy if de-infestation is necessary.
Prevent Infestation. 1.1.7.1. Not keep any refuse or rubbish in the Property and regularly dispose of same in a suitable receptacle to maintain acceptable levels of hygiene and prevent outbreaks of any infestations such as pests or disease. In the event of an infestation, to clean, arrange, or compensate the Landlord for the cleaning of the Property with de infestation cleaner to a professional standard at the end of the Tenancy if de-infestation is necessary. Any refuse or rubbish must not be stored in the Common Parts unless the Common Parts includes a specific place to store refuse or rubbish in which case it may be used for that purpose.
Prevent Infestation. Not keep any refuse or rubbish on the Property and regularly dispose of same in polythene bags or other suitable receptacles to maintain acceptable levels of hygiene and prevent outbreaks of any infestations of pests or disease.
Prevent Infestation i. Not to keep any refuse on the Property and or not to keep the bin storage area so as to cause an unacceptable level of poor hygiene and or an outbreak of any infestations of pests or disease to either the Property or neighbouring property.
ii. Should there be an infestation within the Property or neighbouring property the Tenant is responsible for having this treated immediately via a reputable Pest Control Company. Once treated and should the Pest Control Company find that the infestation occurred prior to the start date of your Tenancy the fee for the Pest Control Service will be refunded to the Tenant.
Prevent Infestation. (38.1) Take all reasonable steps to keep the Property free from infestation by vermin. To maintain acceptable levels of hygiene and prevent outbreaks of any infestations of pests or disease. This to include the regular moving and inspection of large items of furniture including sofas and beds to ensure that they remain free of infestation.
(38.2) Regularly remove all rubbish from the Property and place it in the appropriate, properly closed receptacle provided for rubbish by the Local Authority or by the Block Management Company at the collection point provided. To comply with the regulations made by the Local Authority for the sorting of all rubbish into separate categories using the receptacles provided by the Local Authority. To ensure that the appropriate receptacle is placed, as specified by the Local Authority, at the appropriate collection point only on the designated collection day/eve of the designated collection day. To ensure that the receptacle is returned promptly to its storage point following collection of the contents by the Local Authority.
(38.3) In the event of the Tenant's failure to do so the Tenant shall pay the Landlord for all reasonable costs and expenses incurred in taking the appropriate remedial steps for the removal of any infestation and making good any damage as a result of such infestation which is attributable to the Tenant or his family or visitors or any other permitted occupiers resulting from failure to observe clauses 38.1 & 38.2.
