Preventative Maintenance Reports. The Supplier shall submit to the Project Manager a copy of the Local Government’s equipment list with each device serviced being checked off, and any applicable notes, following all service calls. These reports are to be sent to xxxxx.xxxx@xxxxxxxxxxx.xx or xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxx.xx. Note: Reporting will be evaluated in the performance review.
