Preventing unauthorized access. Preventing unauthorized access to or use of the information, files or data that you store, transmit or use in the Product. You agree not to supply information that will allow access to the Product to anyone. You will be responsible for all electronic communications, including image transmissions, email and other data entered using the Access Information. Any communications r received through the use of your access information will be deemed to be sent or authorized by you. You agree not to supply your Access Information to anyone. You will be responsible for all electronic communications, including image transmissions, email and other data (collectively, "Communications") entered using the Access Information. Any Communications received through the use of the Access Information will be deemed to be sent or authorized by you. You agree to notify Univest immediately if you become aware of any loss, theft or unauthorized use of any Access Information, including your Mobile Device. In addition, the CLIENT agrees to include in any contracts for construction appropriate language that prohibits the Contractor or any subcontractors of any tier from making any changes or modifications to TRANSYSTEMS’ construction documents without the prior written approval of TRANSYSTEMS and that further requires the Contractor to indemnify both TRANSYSTEMS and the CLIENT from any liability or cost arising from such changes made without such proper authorization.
