Prevention of accidents. (a) The safety rules of the state having jurisdiction shall be observed by the parties hereto. It is recognized that the Employer has the exclusive responsibility for providing a safe and healthful workplace. (b) Company shall make reasonable provisions for the safety of employees in the performance of their work. Company and Union shall cooperate in promoting the realization of the responsibility of the individual employee and supervisor with regard to the prevention of accidents.
