Common use of Price and Rate Guarantee Period Clause in Contracts

Price and Rate Guarantee Period. 5.4.1 All prices offered shall be guaranteed for the initial first year of the Master Agreement. Any request for price adjustment following the initial first year of the Master Agreement is detailed in Section 11 of the NASPO ValuePoint Master Agreement Terms and Conditions. 5.4.2 All discount rates shall be guaranteed for the entire Master Agreement term. Additional discounts may be increased, but not decreased.
