Price Decreases. The following price decrease terms will apply to the Contract: (a) Preferred Pricing. Consistent with the goals of section 216.0113, F.S., Contractor acknowledges and recognizes that the Department wants to take advantage of any improvements in pricing over the course of the Contract period. To that end, the pricing indicated in this Contract is a maximum guarantee under the terms of this clause. Contractor’s pricing will not exceed the pricing offered under comparable contracts. Comparable contracts are those which are similar in size, scope, and terms. Contractor must annually submit an affidavit from an authorized representative attesting that the Contract is in compliance with this clause.
