Price Inclusive. Except for any applicable GST and PST which is required to be levied on the Contract Price, the Contract Price includes all taxes, duties, premiums, levies, contributions, assessments, freight charges, licensing fees, packing charges, insurance charges and any other charges whatsoever in connection with the Goods and any Services.

Price Inclusive. Unless stated otherwise in the purchase order, all applicable taxes, duties and packaging charges, are included in the purchase price and are for the account of the Supplier, save and except the Goods and Services Tax and the Province of New Brunswick Sales tax, or such other consumption taxes as may be applicable during the term of the contract.

If the Supplier requires any personnel, services, equipment or materials in and for the proper performance and provision of the Services which are not expressly or completely described in this Contract and are necessary for the proper performance and provision of the Services, the Supplier will, at the Supplier’s own cost, furnish such personnel, services, equipment or materials.

The Contract Price includes payment for all equipment (other than the Owner-Furnished Equipment) and materials relating to Contractor’s performance of its obligations under this Agreement and the Work (including all Work, labor, manufacturing, materials and equipment provided by Subcontractors and Suppliers), and includes sales or use taxes Conf (except as regards to tax exempt materials) and all other applicable federal, state, and local taxes or licenses arising out of Contractor’s performance of the Work, excluding the Owner-Furnished Equipment. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Contractor shall not be liable for (i) any Owner related real estate taxes or ownership taxes and (ii) any federal, state or local income or gross receipts, taxes or duties, fees or royalties with respect to Owner’s income or revenue from the Project.
Price Inclusive. The Contract Price includes payment for all materials, labor and services relating to Contractor’s performance of its obligations under this Agreement and the Work, excluding the foregoing, which shall be invoiced as a pass-through cost at the time incurred:
