PRICING PAGE. The specific product part numbers required and estimated quantities of each are as listed in the Pricing Page (Exhibit B, Attachment 1). The Pricing Page is the only form and format that will be accepted for bid pricing and must be completed in its entirety. Failure to provide pricing utilizing Exhibit B, Attachment 1 will result in rejection of the bid.

PRICING PAGE. The specific product part numbers required and estimated quantities of each are listed in the Pricing Page (Exhibit D). The Pricing Page is the only form and format that will be accepted for bid pricing. Failure to provide pricing utilizing Exhibit D will result in rejection of the bid. 1. E&CP intends to issue Purchase Order(s) for quantities as estimated in the Pricing Pages. The estimated quantities provided by E&CP are not guaranteed. The quantities may vary depending on the prices bid, budget, and demands of the City. Any variations from these estimated quantities shall not entitle the winning bidder to an adjustment in the unit price or to any additional compensation. 2. Any and all required fees (including, but not limited to, electronic waste fees and freight charges) must be included within the pricing bid. The City will not accept any additional costs or fees not reflected in the per-unit costs bid. • Prices quoted shall be Free On Board Destination. Prices shall include all delivery and freight charges and any and all required fees. • The City is subject to sales tax, however applicable taxes should not be included in the Pricing Pages. 3. Bids must indicate an estimated lead time that is within sixty (60) days for delivery of all products per table in Exhibit D.
PRICING PAGECLASS 1 - In order to be considered for an award for Class 1, bidders must bid on all items in the class. The estimated quantities below will be used to determine who the apparent lowest bidder will be.

  • Pricing Schedule 7.1. The Pricing Schedule sets out details of the pricing of the Services. 7.2. The prices in the Pricing Schedule are not to be increased for the period of the Contract. 7.3. Accordingly, the Service Provider may not unilaterally increase the prices in the Pricing Schedule.   • Pricing Errors Any material errors in the calculation of net asset value, dividends or capital gain information shall be reported immediately upon discovery to the Company. Neither the Trust, any Fund, the Distributor, nor any of their affiliates shall be liable for any information provided to the Company pursuant to this Agreement which information is based on incorrect information supplied by or on behalf of the Company or any other Participating Company to the Trust or the Distributor.

  • Pricing Policy Prices and price guarantees exclude taxes and fees, however designated, including but not limited to applicable regulatory, PEG and franchise fees, and regulatory recovery fees, cost recovery charges, Subscriber Line Charges, Network Line Fees, PRI charges, other carrier access fees and/or access fees, Carrier Service Fees, surcharges, the Broadcast TV Fee, Sports Surcharge, excises, program related fees (such as universal service, telecom relay services for the visually/hearing impaired, rights-of-way access, and programs supporting the 911/E911 system), additional equipment, installation, late fee, service call and repair charges, and measured, per call or other usage-based or separately billed charges (collectively, the “Separate Fees and Charges”). The Separate Fees and Charges will vary depending upon your service location and the services to which you subscribe. Not all of the Separate Fees and Charges apply to all services. Customers who participate in a promotional offer with a discount on monthly service fees will revert back to the standard monthly fee for the service at the end of the promotional period, unless the customer’s service is earlier terminated for any reason. Any promotional, discounted or guaranteed price for service applies only to the price of the particular service or services identified, and excludes the Separate Fees and Charges.

  • PRICING STRUCTURES Licenses and Support Services for the Licensed Programs to which this OST applies are granted according to the pricing structures mentioned in the related Transaction Document. Standard pricing structures are defined in the section “DEFINITIONS” of this OST, even though those pricing structures may not be applicable to the DS Offerings to which this OST applies. Other pricing structures may be made available on a case by case basis.

  • Terms of Repayment An interest-only payment within six months after the estimated Project Completion Date set forth in ARTICLE 3(A)(10) and thereafter semi-annual payments of principal and interest in accordance with APPENDIX A and ARTICLE 2(F) of this Agreement.

  • Pricing Information Each Fund or its designee will furnish Plan Provider on each business day that the New York Stock Exchange is open for business ("Business Day"), with (i) net asset value information as of the close of trading (currently 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time) on the New York Stock Exchange or as at such later times at which a Fund's net asset value is calculated as specified in such Fund's prospectus ("Close of Trading"), (ii) dividend and capital gains information as it becomes available, and (iii) in the case of income Funds, the daily accrual or interest rate factor (mil rate). The Funds shall use their best efforts to provide such information to Plan Provider by 6:00 p.m. Central Time on the same Business Day. Distributor or its affiliate will provide Plan Provider (a) daily confirmations of Account activity within five Business Days after each day on which a purchase or redemption of Shares is effected for the particular Account, (b) if requested by Plan Provider, quarterly statements detailing activity in each Account within fifteen Business Days after the end of each quarter, and (c) such other reports as may be reasonably requested by Plan Provider.

  • Pricing The Contractor will not exceed the pricing set forth in the Contract documents.

  • DISCOUNT CHANGE CLAUSE The contractor may offer larger discount percentages for products, accessories, replacement parts and attachments at any time during the contract term.

  • Pricing Terms (1) All pricing in this Agreement as well as every Customer Product Agreement Extension refers to the price at which the Customer may Purchase the corresponding Parent Product. This is excluding taxes, surcharges or any other costs. (2) Parent may at any time change the price of any Parent Product with reasonable notification to the Customer.
