Primary and Noncontributory Coverage. All policies and endorsements shall stipulate that the Contractor’s (and the subcontractors’) insurance coverage shall be primary and noncontributory insurance as respects the “City of Xxxxxx Valley (City), the Xxxxxx Valley Community Services District (CSD), the Xxxxxx Valley Housing Authority, and their officers, officials, employees, agents, and volunteers,” and shall be excess of the Contractor’s (and its subcontractors’) insurance and shall not contribute with it.
