Primary Memberships in Network. Subject to Section 3.2(a), the Parties shall mutually agree with regard to selection of two or more Networks to be used for the Debit Cards. Coastal shall maintain the required licenses with at least two Networks and shall timely pay all normal fees, membership fees, dues and assessments associated therewith, all of which shall be subject to reimbursement by Aspiration.
