The NIST PI is responsible for the scientific and technical conduct of this project on behalf of NIST. The designated Collaborator PI is responsible for the scientific and technical conduct of this project on behalf of Collaborator. Collaborator shall designate the Project Team in Appendix A of this CRADA.
