PRINCIPAL PERIOD OF MAINTENANCE (GENERAL). This section applies if software or Equipment maintenance will be a Deliverable under this Contract. Maintenance will be available nine (9) working hours per weekday, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. Travel time and expenses related to remedial and preventative maintenance will not be considered billable but will be included in the price of the maintenance.
