Principals. Principals that are subject to reimbursement under this Agreement may only xxxx Board for Services performed that are directly applicable to a specific Delivery Order upon the prior written approval of Board. Consultant agrees to make its best efforts to identify any proposed Principal time in each DO Proposal at the time it is developed, to the extent practical.
