Principles Governing Publication. Institution and Principal Investigator agree to ensure that any publication or presentation of Study results shall be in accordance with the Protocol and any publication policies and guidelines established by Sponsor, provided that such policies or guidelines do not unreasonably affect accuracy or scientific value of the publication or presentation.
