Principles. The objectives of this Schedule 1 Part 3 are to: 2.1 ensure that the Services are delivered to a consistent quality standard that meet the requirements of the Authority; 2.2 provide a mechanism whereby the Authority can understand the level of performance per Services delivered, and quickly identify performance issues or failures to enable corrective action plans to be developed and deployed; 2.3 create a platform to enable continuous improvement in the levels of Service Levels provided to the Contracting Body and thereby enhance and increase value for money.
