Print Publication Notice. The Settlement Administrator will provide print publication notice by placing a summary publication notice in newspapers in the top ten metropolitan statistical areas, as well as in the leading consumer magazine. Specifically, a one-time eighth of a page summary publication notice will be placed in the New York Daily News, Los Angeles Times, Chicago Tribune, Dallas Morning News, Philadelphia Inquirer, Miami Herald, Houston Chronicle, Washington Post, Atlanta Journal- Constitution, and the Boston Globe. A one-time third of a page summary publication notice will be placed in People. The proposed summary publication notice is attached as Exhibit F.

Print Publication Notice. The Settlement Administrator shall also cause Notice to be disseminated to the Settlement Class by purchasing a one-day a 1/2 page ad in People magazine, to be published within forty-five (45) days after Preliminary Approval. The form and content of such publication notice shall be substantially the same as that attached hereto as Exhibit F, but may be modified as appropriate by the Settlement Administrator, with the approval of the Parties, to fit space limitations.
Print Publication Notice. As soon as reasonably practicable, but not later than thirty (30) days following Preliminary Approval, the Claim Administrator will cause the Publication Notice outreach to commence in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B3.

Print Publication Notice. To satisfy California’s Consumers Legal Remedies Act (“CLRA”) requirements, notice will be provided by publication by four weekly insertions of the Publication Notice in USA Today-Los Angeles region in an advertisement size of at least 1/4 of a page no later than 30 days after the Court grants Preliminary Approval (collectively “Print Notice”). The Print Notice will be substantially in the form of Exhibit D attached hereto. The Print Notice, when combined with the Settlement Website Notice, Internet Publication Notice, and Radio Notice shall be sufficient to obtain an opinion of sufficient notice from the Claims Administrator’s notice expert. The costs of Print Publication Notice will be paid from the Settlement Fund.

STATE may hold PURCHASER's performance bond until satisfactory delivery destination information has been received. Notice of Transfer of State Timber. Prior to selling, trading, exchanging, or otherwise conveying unprocessed timber sold under this contract to any other person, PURCHASER must first obtain a certification of the person's eligibility to purchase unprocessed State timber, and their intent to comply with the terms and conditions contained in OAR 629-031-0005 through 629-031-0045. The certification shall be made in a form and manner prescribed by STATE, and shall be forwarded to STATE upon completion of the transaction. Obtaining the certification shall not relieve PURCHASER of the responsibility to provide STATE with an accounting of the delivery destination of that timber.
