Summary Publication Notice means the proposed short form notice, substantially in the form as that attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit D, to be approved by the Court and to be published in accordance with Section 6 of this Settlement Agreement and in accordance with the Notice Program attached hereto and described in the Declaration of Steven Weisbrot.

Examples of Summary Publication Notice in a sentence

  • The Settlement Administrator will supplement the Summary Publication Notice with Internet banner ads, along with related online targeted advertisement in accordance with the Notice Program, in the form of Exhibit F.

  • GCG will mail the Summary (Publication) Notice to Potential Settlement Class Members who provided only a mailing address.

Related to Summary Publication Notice

  • Publication Notice means the summary notice of proposed Settlement and hearing for publication substantially in the form attached as Exhibit 3 to Exhibit A.

  • Escalation Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 8.02.

  • Selection Notice means a notice substantially in the form set out in Part II of Schedule 3 (Requests) given in accordance with Clause 9 (Interest Periods).

  • Rectification Notice means a notice in writing that identifies a defect in a work and requires rectification of the defect within a specified period of time.

  • Summary Notice means the Summary Notice of Pendency of Class Action, Proposed Settlement, and Motion for Attorneys’ Fees and Expenses for publication, which, subject to approval of the Court, shall be substantially in the form attached as Exhibit 3 to Exhibit A hereto.

  • Denial notice means a board notification denying an application for the issuance or renewal of a license as required by the Act.

  • Notice of Completion means a document issued by the Department or Delegated Agency at the end of project construction when all items and conditions of the approved Sediment and Stormwater Management Plan have been satisfied, post construction verification documents demonstrate that the stormwater management systems have been constructed in accordance with the approved Sediment and Stormwater Management Plan, and final stabilization of disturbed areas on the site has been achieved.

  • FOIA notice means a decision notice, enforcement notice and/or an information notice;

  • Mediation Notice is defined in Section 6.2(b).

  • Email Notice means the legal notice summarizing the proposed Settlement terms, as approved by Class Counsel, Facebook’s Counsel, and the Court, to be provided to Class Members (including Minor Subclass Members), under Section 3.3 of this Agreement via electronic mail or the Facebook domain of xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx. The Email Notice must be substantially similar to the form attached hereto as Exhibit 3.

  • General Notice means any notice given in accordance with this Agreement other than a Transfer Notice;

  • OJEU Notice means the contract notice published in the Official Journal of the European Union.

  • Variation Notice means a written notice signed by a Shareholder (or each Shareholder in the case of a joint shareholding) under clause 8.1 in the form prescribed or approved by the Board from time to time, which may (without limitation) be combined with, or form part of, any other form or notice including an Election Form).

  • Pre-Notice shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 4.13.

  • Publication NPC-233 means the Ministry Publication NPC-233, "Information to be Submitted for Approval of Stationary Sources of Sound", October, 1995 as amended.

  • Notice of Extension has the meaning specified in Section 2.20.

  • Acquisition Notice has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 2.1(a).

  • Penalty Notice means a written no- tification from the Director informing a respondent that the Director has made a finding of violation and, absent a request for a hearing, will impose a civil monetary penalty.

  • Rejection Notice has the meaning specified in Section 2.05(b)(v).

  • Reduction Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 1.3.

  • Completion Notice means a notice issued by the Developer in accordance with clause 6.1.
