Printing If this Agreement involves the duplication of more than 5,000 copies of a single page or more than 25,000 copies of multiple pages, this Agreement incorporates by reference DEAR 970.5208-1 Printing (Dec 2000).
Printing Agreement The expense of copies of this Agreement shall be shared equally by the Association and Board after agreement with the Board on format within thirty (30) days after the Agreement is signed. The Agreement shall be presented to all employees now employed or hereafter employed.
Fingerprinting For purposes of this Agreement and because the District will provide a qualified employee for the supervision of District's students at all times that Consultant is present and performing services at an active school site, Consultant shall be relieved of the requirements to provide a criminal background check pursuant to California Education Code 45125.1.
Printing and Distribution The School District will, at its own expense, print sufficient copies of this Agreement for present and new employees.
Fingerprinting Requirements Contractor hereby acknowledges that, if applicable, it is required to comply with the requirements of Education Code Section 45125.1 with respect to fingerprinting of employees who may have contact with the District's students. The Contractor shall also ensure that its Contractors on the Project also comply with the requirements of Section 45125.1. If required by Education Code Section 45125.1, the Contractor must provide for the completion of a Fingerprint Certification form, in the District’s required format, prior to any of the Contractor's employees, or those of any other Contractors, coming into contact with the District's students. Contractor further acknowledges that other fingerprinting requirements may apply, as set forth in Education Code Section 45125 et seq., and will comply with any such requirements.
Computers All computers, hardware, software, computer upgrades and maintenance in connection therewith shall be at Owner's expense.
Packaging Tangible product shall be securely and properly packed for shipment, storage, and stocking in appropriate, clearly labeled, shipping containers and according to accepted commercial practice, without extra charge for packing materials, cases, or other types of containers. All containers and packaging shall become and remain Customer’s property.
Codebook Format The codebook describes an ASCII data set (although the data are also being provided in a SAS transport file). Marketing Materials (a) During the term of this Agreement, the Sub-Adviser agrees to furnish the Manager at its principal office for prior review and approval by the Manager all written and/or printed materials, including but not limited to, PowerPointÒ or slide presentations, news releases, advertisements, brochures, fact sheets and other promotional, informational or marketing materials (the “Marketing Materials”) for internal use or public dissemination, that are produced or are for use or reference by the Sub-Adviser, its affiliates or other designees, broker-dealers or the public in connection with the Series, and Sub-Adviser shall not use any such materials if the Manager reasonably objects in writing within five business days (or such other period as may be mutually agreed) after receipt thereof. Marketing Materials may be furnished to the Manager by first class or overnight mail, facsimile transmission equipment, electronic delivery or hand delivery.
