Prior Documentation. The Borrower shall be bound by and shall continue to comply with all documents previously executed and delivered to the Bank including, but not limited to, security agreements, financing statements, subordination agreements except to the extent that this Agreement is inconsistent or conflicting with any such previous agreements or documents. This Agreement shall replace that certain loan agreement among the Bank and the Borrower dated July 28, 2006.
