Prior Industry Experience. 7.1.3.1 New hires not previously employed by the Employer who are entitled to prior experience credit shall receive the entry level wage rate during the first (1st) thirty (30) days of employment and the six (6) month rate during the next ninety (90) days of employment. Thereafter the employee shall be paid in accordance with Appendix A.
