Common use of Prior Record Clause in Contracts

Prior Record. The Employer shall not use an employee’s prior record of disciplinary action which is more than twenty-four (24) months old in imposing any form of discipline. The discipline shall be permanently removed from the employee’s record by request of the employee after twenty-four (24) months.
