Prior to March. 1st of the year in which the agreement terminates, either party may serve the other with notice in writing of its desire to amend the Collective Agreement. Such notice shall contain particulars of all amendments sought.
Prior to March. 1st: If initial contract begins after close of Fall Term, the employee will be evaluated once that first year and any unsatisfactory evaluation will be submitted to the Executive Vice President for Educational Services by the Academic Division Xxxx, Director, and/or other appropriate supervisor.
